* Provided leadership, supervision, and administration to 150 school bus operations staff.

* Recruited, hired, trained, and maintained quality standards the 150 staff members.

* Executed strategic planning of route scheduling, and management of 147 transportation assets.

* Developed and enforced new policies, procedures and parameters regarding school bus operations, routing, bus operations, covering open routes, department emergency management, and created the employee handbook.
